Nielsen: Netflix’s ‘Dahmer’ repeats as No. 1 weekly content streaming until October 2

Netflix’s original limited biographical crime series, “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story,” once again topped all content shown on home TVs for the week ended Oct. 2, according to new data from Nielsen. The ratings company said the show generated more than 4.37 billion minutes across 10 episodes to easily become Disney+’s top original movie. Hocus Pocus 2 with 2.72 billion minutes broadcast.

Prime Video’s “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” completes the podium with 966 million minutes broadcast in six episodes.

“Dahmer,” about the infamous Milwaukee serial killer who killed and dismembered 17 male victims in the 1970s and 1980s, and the Hocus Pocus sequel had more minutes (7.1 billion minutes) streamed than the top 10 remaining programs (6.2 billion) combined.
