The new workflow is based on Wildmoka’s “Digital Media Factory” and enables the creation and distribution of content such as near-live clips and highlight reels across web, mobile, OTT and social media platforms , as well as long-form videos on demand. Working with implementation partner Qvest and its local team in Singapore, Wildmoka experts added the easy-to-use solution editing tool for Mediacorp’s broadcast operations.

Mediacorp supports broadcast operations of parliamentary debates in Singapore, where sessions with speeches and debates between parliamentarians could last several hours. Sessions are recorded and archived in their entirety as large video files. Editing recordings in multiple languages is now possible with five audio tracks. Therefore, Mediacorp records parliamentary sessions in the four languages of the Southeast Asian country, which are English along with the respective translations in Chinese, Malay and Tamil. Surround sound is also captured with one of the five tracks. This new web-based content creation solution captures and publishes full-length parliamentary videos as well as short media clips in all of Singapore’s official languages.
